First project pics and info :D

It's my first project that I've wanted to put up photos of and for a very good reason, it's a present for one of my dearest overseas friends. The only problem is that he is a bit up in the air at the moment so I can't send it to him just yet (because he's moving houses eventually). I got the pattern off the internet and it is called the 'Irish Hiking Scarf' from  this website here:

I thought this shot was pretty cool, looks like it leads off into nowhere (actually, the end of the table)

You may be asking why I put up pictures of a puppy, well, she's my very own dog (and she was trying to drag the towel off of the table while I was taking pictures, so I took pictures to keep her happy). She's an English Cocker Spaniel and is about 7-8 months. Enjoy, though these are blurry, they weren't the most blurry ones ( she would not stop moving, it was almost impossible to get these ones at all).

Thanks for reading/looking and I hope you have a lovely day. If you have any queries, please comment below :)

My first post...

Hello one and all, my name is Alex and it's lovely to meet you :)
If you enjoy knitting, writing or other such things, welcome as this is what my blog is for. This is a very very very short post of course but I hope you all have a good day and talk to you again from the land down under (yes, Australia).
Talk to you later,
Alex the knitter who writes.
